You have made the investment in your property, now the real work begins. Every property is different and there is no “cookie cutter” portfolio when managing farms. Consultations begin with an on site visit with land-owner(s), discussing desires and where they would like to see the property in 10 years. From there we walk the property and discuss what needs changed, what could use improvement and what is already being done well. After the walk through has concluded, a detailed report and map of the property is sent to the client(s) outlining everything we discussed and the 1, 3, 5 & 10 year goals we have established.
